Solofit was created to improve the balance and core strength of those who use it. As time went on, the product proved useful in a multitude of calisthenics (bodyweight) exercises resistance bands, and the ideas kept rolling in.

Since then, Solofit has created a library of exercises for all muscle groups and begun producing further products (with the same values in mind!).
